ISF will be exhibiting at the 25th Bakery China which will be held on 22-25 May 2023 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center of Shanghai. ISF’s range of specialty oils and fats offers a variety of possibilities which come in the form of margarine, shortening, and butter oil substitute, used in a myriad of bakery products including cakes, biscuits, bread, and pastries. The event presents all ranges of ingredients, equipment, packaging, and services, and enables global leading professionals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications, and related services for the bakery industry. The 25th Bakery China will cover an estimated 260,000 sqm of show space, with over 2,200 exhibitors and 300,000 visitors to be expected.
