Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”)
A formal Enterprise Risk Management framework
A formal Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) was established in 2021 by Risk Management Department, in compliance with ISO 31000:2018. This dedicated unit works with relevant departments to identify company risks before developing and implementing mitigation plans. A risk escalation structure was subsequently established to ensure prompt communication of risks and opportunities to our management team.
In 2022, ISF continued its efforts in implementing the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
For further information, please refer to ISF's Statement of Support for the TCFD.
