ISF to Participate at the 26th Bakery China 2024 Exhibition
ISF is exhibiting at the 26th Bakery China, which will be held on 21-24 May 2024 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center of Shanghai (NECC). ISF’s range of specialty oils and fats offers a variety of possibilities which come in the forms of margarine, shortening, and butter oil substitute, used in a myriad of bakery products including cakes, biscuits, bread, and pastries. ISF’s extensive research and development programme combined with the latest technologies continues to strive for the highest food quality and safety for its customers.
Bakery China, launched in 1997, is Asia Pacific‘s leading event serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market. The event presents all ranges of ingredients, equipment, packaging, and services, and enables global leading professionals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications, and related services for the bakery industry. The 26th Bakery China will cover an estimated 320,000 sqm of show space, with over 2,200 exhibitors and 400,000 visitors to be expected.
