Sustainability Report 2025

Illuminating Change

ISF is pleased to announce the release of its sixth Sustainability Report, themed “Illuminating Change.” The theme reflects ISF’s commitment to creating real, measurable impact through purposeful and adaptive sustainability actions in response to evolving frameworks, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations. The FY2025 report has been prepared in accordance with the latest Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and marks a key milestone as ISF’s first report aligned with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) frameworks — specifically the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 and S2 Sustainability Disclosure Standards. Building on our existing climate-related disclosures aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations, this report underscores our ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability in line with the broader sustainability objectives of our parent company, The Nisshin OilliO Group, Ltd., Japan. The report covers ISF’s FY2025 sustainability performance from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025, reflecting our continued progress towards building a more resilient, responsible, and sustainable future.

About Sustainability Reporting

Upholding Our Accountability And Transparency

ISF’s commitment to sustainability reporting demonstrates our accountability in reporting our environmental, economic, and social impacts that stem from our business activities. This also addresses our stakeholders on our sustainability performance, be transparent on our risks and opportunities, and most importantly maintaining a progressive record that helps improve our operations and values in all areas.

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)

The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is currently the most widely adopted global and multi-stakeholder standard for sustainability reporting. Organisations can project their positive and negative contributions toward sustainable development goals, providing them a greater sense of transparency and accountability. The overall purpose of the GRI is to improve the worldwide comparability and quality of information on environmental and social impacts by organisations.

Our Sustainability Reports follow the latest version of the GRI Standards as updated on the GRI website. We have established a Web-Based GRI to provide a more transparent and detailed disclosure of our sustainability efforts and reporting.

Aligning With The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

ISF has identified 5 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are relevant to our business strategy and we align these goals to our business operations and targets, in creating shared sustainable outcomes with our customers and stakeholders. Click on each of the goals below to learn more.

We have begun conducting SDG mapping to further connect each of our identified SDGs to detailed targets and relevant contributions and implementations associated with them.
